User Agreement

All in is committed to providing you with a secure and fair trading platform. To fulfill this commitment, we have formulated this User Agreement and other relevant policies, aiming to fully clarify all the terms and conditions for your access to and use of our website and services, as well as our expectations and protective measures for users. This Agreement supersedes any previous written or oral agreements reached on the same subject matter.

Please read this Agreement carefully before clicking “Agree” during the registration process. Please read and fully understand all terms, especially the disclaimers, limitation of liability, applicable law and dispute resolution clauses. The disclaimer and limitation of liability clauses are marked in bold and underlined, so please be sure to read them carefully. If you have any questions, you may consult the customer service staff of All in.

Your choice to use the services provided by All in, including all information, data and products on this website and application, constitutes your agreement to accept all terms, conditions, policies and statements listed on the All in website. By registering or purchasing our products, you are using our “Services” and agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including other terms, conditions and policies referenced by hyperlink. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to visitors, suppliers, users, merchants or content providers. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using our website and application. You agree to comply with these Terms of Use when accessing or using any part of our website and application. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, you may not access the website or application nor use any services. If these Terms of Use are deemed an offer, your acceptance shall be limited to these Terms of Use only.

Any new features or tools added to the current website and application shall be subject to this User Agreement. You may view the latest version of the “User Agreement” on this page at any time. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of the Agreement by posting updates or changes on the website. It is your responsibility to check for changes on this page regularly, and All in will notify you of revisions to the terms via email or website announcements. Your continued use of All in services and applications or access to our website after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of all such changes.

In view of the existence of multiple language versions of this Agreement and other supplementary agreements, in case of any discrepancy in the understanding or interpretation of the terms of this Agreement, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail and have greater legal effect.

Registering an All in account (as defined in Part III) or using any All in services (as defined below) constitutes your voluntary agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“this Agreement”) as a user of All in. If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its terms and conditions, you shall immediately cease the registration process.

Given the rapid development of the Internet, the terms of this Agreement between you and All in cannot fully enumerate and cover all the rights and obligations between you and All in, nor can they fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, All in legal statements, privacy policy, rules and dispute resolution policy shall be deemed as supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect. Your use of All in services constitutes your agreement to the above supplementary agreements.

I. All in Account

You confirm that prior to starting the registration of All in or using All in services, you have the capacity for civil conduct required by the UK Code and other relevant laws (or the capacity for civil conduct required by the laws of your country/region, whichever applies).
Upon successful registration, we will create an account for you. The ownership of this account belongs to us, and you only have the right to use the account during the term of the Agreement. Without our consent, your account is for your personal use only, and you shall not transfer, donate, lend, sell, authorize or lease the account information or control right to any third party, nor shall you jointly control and use the account with any third party.
When registering or using an All in account, you must provide the necessary personal information, including but not limited to user name, full name, email address, country/region, contact information, shipping address, bank account, etc. You must ensure that the information filled in and provided is true, accurate and complete. Otherwise, your account may be restricted or terminated. You shall bear full responsibility for any liability or loss caused by providing false, inaccurate or incomplete information.
After registering an account, All in has the right to decide whether to provide you with services based on the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, as well as whether it complies with other terms of this Agreement. During your use of the account, if there is any change in the information you provide, you shall update it in a timely manner.
This account may be compatible with other websites or applications operated by All in and its affiliated companies, or third-party platforms of our partners. When you log in with your account and use certain services, in addition to the provisions of this Agreement, you shall also comply with the relevant service agreements.
The account password is used to protect your own security. You are responsible for properly keeping information including the user name and account password. Otherwise, you shall bear any legal liability arising therefrom. You shall not share or allow others to use your account, ID or password. Any logged activities of your account shall be deemed as your own operation, and the record data generated therefrom shall serve as valid evidence of your actions.
All in will encrypt your password and take other security measures to ensure that your information will not be lost, misused or altered. However, please note that despite our best efforts, no security measure is perfect. Please properly protect your personal information and do not provide it to others unless necessary.
If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially the user name and password, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.
If you find any unauthorized use of your password or account, as well as any other acts that violate the security of user accounts, you shall immediately notify All in. However, you fully understand that All in needs a reasonable time to process any of your requests, and any action taken by All in in accordance with your request may not avoid or prevent the occurrence or expansion of consequences. Except for statutory fault, All in shall not bear any liability.
You agree that all activities occurring under your account (including but not limited to publishing any company or product information, clicking to accept any other agreements or rules, subscribing to or paying for any services, sending emails or text messages through the email account) shall be deemed to have obtained your authorization.
You acknowledge that the use of your account by multiple users other than your business entity (“multi-user use”) may cause irreparable damage to All in or other users. All in shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profits) caused by your multi-user use; if your multi-user use causes losses to All in or other users, All in has the right to claim compensation from you and may unilaterally suspend or terminate your account without bearing any liability.
You acknowledge that if your conduct has a negative impact on All in, including but not limited to: a. Posting false statements on All in or other platforms or websites; b. Initiating disputes on relevant third-party platforms such as Stripe and PayPal without consulting All in, All in has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate your account and reserve the right to claim compensation from you.
With your authorization, your personal information and account information will be stored and encrypted by All in. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
You agree that during your use of our services, All in may send, display, promote or send information (including commercial and non-commercial information) from All in or third-party advertisers to you in accordance with laws and regulations. If you do not wish to receive such advertisements or push notifications, you can configure relevant settings to turn on/off or reduce the display of such advertisements or push notifications.
The payment methods supported by All in include All in Wallet, credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, etc.
Based on All in data analysis and experience, if All in deems that there is abnormal activity in your account, it may take security measures such as login restrictions.
If you insult any All in user, All in employee orAll in member in any form of oral or written language (including insults or retaliatory threats), your account will be immediately terminated.

II.Services
