We strongly recommend that you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) read all the terms of this Policy carefully, especially those involving your key rights and interests, disclaimers, applicable legal disputes and resolution mechanisms. Your use of All in services shall constitute your agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
We respect and protect the privacy of all Internet users. We will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy to provide more accurate and personalized services. At the same time, we will handle such information with a rigorous and responsible attitude.      The terms listed below have the same meanings and interpretations as those appearing on the All in website:
  • Account: Refers to the account legally registered by the User through the All in  APP.
  • UK: Abbreviation for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
  • Cookie: A small text file placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device, which contains detailed browsing history and other information about you on the website.
  • Device: Mobile phones, computers or other devices used to access All in .
  • User Information: Information required for registering on All in  browsing the All in  website or using All in  services, as well as data generated in the process.
  • Usage Data: Data automatically collected when browsing the website or generated when using the services.
  • Service Pillars: Third-party companies or individuals that provide services on behalf of All in Company.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: Natural persons, legal persons or unincorporated organizations that provide services, software or sell goods other than All in Company.
  • Partners: Carriers (e.g., DHL), third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe and Payoneer), Shopify, WooCommerce, Shipstation, Shopmaster, Lazada, Shopee.
  • Necessary Information: Certain information that we need you to provide to render services to you. If you choose not to provide it, we will not be able to provide you with the due services.
  • Non-Necessary Information: Information that you choose to provide to us. You may choose not to provide such information, which will not affect the services we provide to you.

2. Legal Statement

     You confirm that the personal information you provide to All in  or collected by All in with your authorization must be true, correct, complete and valid, and you shall update it in a timely manner when any change occurs to such information. You acknowledge that All in has the right to verify the authenticity of your personal information through credit institutions or associated bank accounts. You shall bear the relevant liabilities and consequences arising from the provision of false, incorrect or incomplete personal information, and agree that All in has the right to stop providing services to you in such cases.
Unless otherwise stipulated, all products, technologies, programs, software and data of All in, as well as information involving All in relevant intellectual property rights, are the property of All in and its affiliated companies. Without the authorization of All in, no one may monitor, copy, disseminate, display or download the above-mentioned property through robots or web crawlers for their own or any other individual’s or unauthorized use.
You shall be responsible for all content you upload, including but not limited to comments, second-hand items, text, pictures, videos, etc. All in provision of such content sharing does not mean that All in agrees with the content or has verified its authenticity.

3. What Information Does All in Collect?

3.1 Necessary Information

     To use our services, you need to provide certain information. If you accept our services, we will need to obtain the following 9 types of basic information provided by you or collected with your authorization:
  • Identity information, such as your name, address and phone number.
  • Payment information.
  • Your location information.
  • Name, address and phone number listed in your address details.
  • Messages or emails you send to us.
  • Personal descriptions and photos in your personal profile.
  • Identity information and documents, including social security number and driver’s license number.
  • Corporate and financial information.
  • Device log files and configurations, including Wi-Fi credentials.

3.2 Non-Necessary Information

     Including information provided by you, information you choose not to provide, information automatically collected from other sources, etc. Such information is not mandatory, but helps us improve our services and develop products. Your choice not to provide such information will not affect the basic services we provide to you.

     We receive and store any information you provide in connection with the All in services, including information required during registration (excluding company names and relevant business registration information required to be disclosed by applicable laws):

  1. Messages or emails you send to us.
  2. Personal descriptions and photos in your personal profile.

  5. Device log files and configurations, including Wi-Fi credentials.
     You may choose not to provide such information, but you may not be able to use some functions of the All in services as a result.

     We automatically collect and store certain information about your use of the All in services, including information about your interaction with the content and services provided by the All in services. When you use our services or visit our website, we automatically collect information from your device, including but not limited to: your IP address, browser type, language preferences, access date and time, device type, network, web page requests, email address and password, device location, and content interaction information (e.g., download and network details including your Internet service provider information), device metrics (device usage, application usage, data, and any errors or connection failure events), All in service metrics (e.g., occurrence of technical errors, your setting content and backup information), device location, version and time zone settings where the application is running, as well as purchase and usage history.

     We may collect your personal information from business partners when necessary. We may receive the following information:
  • We will obtain updated shipping and address information from carriers or other third parties to correct our records and improve the goods for your next order.

5.1 Information Sharing

     We will share information with specific partners of All in service operation or participating inAll in operation to ensure the confidentiality of user information. We may also disclose user information in accordance with legal requirements to enforce the User Agreement and protect the rights and property of All in, our users or others. We may provide non-personal user information to other third parties for marketing, advertising or other purposes.

5.2 User Information Transfer

  1. With your explicit consent, we will transfer user information to others.
  2. When user information is involved as a business asset in a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy, we will transfer the user information, and the new company or organization holding the information will continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will need to obtain your consent.

     We will disclose user information with your explicit consent or in accordance with applicable laws, legal procedures, legal authorities and enforceable government requirements.

7. How Does All in Protect User Information?

     We always put your security and privacy first when designing our systems. User information is an important part of our business, and we will never sell or disclose user information.

8. Can Children Use All in Services?
